			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As we all know, that over the last decade, inquiry based learning has become pretty much impressive and is being used as a leading approach in the classrooms. Inquiry based learning is mainly getting involved through questions, which leads to understand. Inquiry in term is defined as a way of seeking information, knowledge, or truth through questioning. Mainly, inquiry is a way for a learner to acquire new information and data and turn it into useful knowledge. Every person starts the process of enquiry from its birth till its death, he or she gathers information and data and then passes it on the useful knowledge to its senses like smelling, tasting, touching, hearing, and seeing.  Traditional way of teaching is more focused on making the students listening and repeating the expected answer to the teacher&#8217;s question rather than letting them inquire about the lesson plans. In this way of teaching, the teacher&#8217;s resources are limited. The main ingredients in the teacher&#8217;s worksheet are to teach about the technology rather than the application of the technology. Hence, when someone inquires about the applications related to the technology which is somewhat off track from the worksheet, the only reply the person gets is &#8220;We will get back to that later.&#8221;  Moving towards the classroom applications of inquiry, it depends upon different factors, which are all equally important. Starting from levels of questions, the levels of the question in the classroom should be different so that each learner gets the useful knowledge easily. The second factor is that of the focus of the questions, the focus of the questions should be entirely on gaining knowledge about or related to the lesson. The third factor is the framework of a question which should be kept in mind while answering any question. The last factor is the context of questions, which should be easy enough for the learners to understand and gain useful knowledge by it.</p>

<p>In reference to the factors, there are mainly four types of questions. One is inference questions. These types of questions are mainly asked by students who want to gain extra knowledge about a particular topic. Students are often shy to start questioning. Therefore, the best way to make a student ask these types of questions is to push them to find clues, examine them, and discuss them to justify the inferences of the topic. The second type of questions is the interpretation questions. These types of questions mainly force the students to understand the consequences of the ideas or information.</p>
<p>Moving further the third type of question is transfer questions, which make the students take their information to a new place, level, or stage. The fourth and the last type of question are the hypothesis questions. These questions are mainly based on what can be predicted and tested through thinking, which really matters irrespective of domain.</p>
<p>These are the best classroom applications of inquiry which neither involves the learner but also provides him a conceptual framework which leads to positive outcomes in the classroom. Those students who actively make observations, collect, analyze and synthesize the information and develop conclusions through the different classroom applications develop useful problem solving skills along with study skills.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Inquiry based learning is mainly involving the learner and leading him to understand. Inquiry here implies on the possessing skills and attitude of yours, which allows you to ask questions about new resolutions and issues while you are gaining new information.</p>
<p>Dictionary meaning of Inquiry is seeking knowledge, information, or truth through questioning. All the people carry on with this process throughout their life, even if you might find it not very much reflecting. For example, infants use inquiry to build their sense of the world, the babies turn towards voices, put things in their mouths, grasp things, and observe faces that come near. The inquiry process is mainly the gathering of data and information and applying them to senses like smelling, tasting, touching, hearing and seeing.</p>
<p>Very sadly, our traditional ways of teaching discourage the process of inquiry. It makes the student get less prone to asking questions as they move through their grade levels, they are just expected to listen and repeat the expected answers. This is due to the lack of understanding of inquiry based learning. Inquiry based learning is not just asking questions, but it is a way of converting data and information into useful knowledge. A useful application of inquiry based learning involves many different factors, which are, a different level of questions, a focus for questions, a framework for questions, and a context for questions.</p>
<p>Much mesmerizing information and facts are readily available, which needs an understanding of how to make sense out of it and turn it into useful knowledge. The teachers must be able to analyze that he or she does into only have to accumulate information and data but also have to generate it into useful knowledge, which can be easily done through inquiry based learning. Our country&#8217;s success depending upon natural resources is the past; the future of our country&#8217;s success now depends upon the workforce which works smarter.</p>
<p>There are four essential elements on which inquiry based learning depends, which are, first is that the patterns and meanings should not be deceptive to the beginners, second is that the useful knowledge about a field should be structured, third is that the knowledge which is structured should be applicable, transferable, and accessible to a vast range of situations, fourth is that the structured knowledge should be easily retrieved so that new information in that particular field could be gained without much effort.</p>
<p>Inquiry based learning can be applied on all disciplines which has been confirmed through different researches. Learners have different perspectives of viewing the world like economic, historic, scientific, artistic, etc. The disciplines can be interrelated through inquiry based learning, which ensures the integrity of different disciplines and the world views about them.</p>
<p>The teachers must organize their lesson plans according to the changing, interrelating, and communicating of knowledge. A good teacher&#8217;s worksheet enables the student to increase its study skills by providing different ways of viewing the world, communicating with it, and successfully introducing new questions and issues of daily life and finding answers of them. Questioning and finding answers is an extremely important factor of inquiry based learning as it aids you in effectively generating knowledge. In the end, inquiry based learning is basically teaching the students to have a greater understanding of the world they work, communicate, learn, and live in.</p>

<p>ABSTRAK</p>
<p>	Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terhadap keterampilan proses sains (KPS). Aspek KPS yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi keterampilan mengamati, keterampilan menafsirkan pengamatan, keterampilan memprediksi, keterampilan berkomunikasi dan keterampilan menerapkan konsep. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MA Pembangunan UIN Jakarta dengan metode quasi eksperimen yang menggunakan desain pretest-posttest control group design. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel bertujuan (purposive sampling). Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 62 siswa terbagi menjadi  dua kelompok yaitu 31 orang dari kelas X-A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 31 orang dari kelas X-B sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari: instrumen butir soal untuk mengukur KPS, lembar observasi untuk mengetahui aktivitas siswa, dan instrumen pembelajaran berupa RPP dan LKS inkuiri. Pengolahan data untuk uji persyaratan analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Sedangkan untuk analisis data menggunakan uji t untuk data yang normal dan homogen dan uji statistic nonparametrik  Mann Whitney (uji U)  untuk data yang tidak normal. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh skor rata-rata pretest kelompok eksperimen 38,13 dan skor rata-rata pretest kelompok kontrol 35,92, skor rata-rata posttest kelompok eksperimen 65,61 dan skor rata-rata pretest kelompok kontrol 54, 73 dengan rata-rata N-gain sebesar 0,44 (sedang) pada kelompok eksperimen dan 0,27 (rendah) pada kelompok kontrol. Dari hasil perhitungan uji analisis data posttest menggunakan uji U diperoleh nilai 431,5 dengan probabilitas  0,00. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan uji analisis data N-gain menggunakan uji t diperoleh nilai t hitung = 4,348 dengan taraf signifikansi 5% dan nilai t tabel = 2,00. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa model pembelajaran inkuiri berpengarh positif terhadap keterampilan proses Sains (KPS) pada konsep kalor. Aktifitas siswa selama pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan dan aspek KPS yang dimiliki siswa secara umum termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, aspek KPS yang dapat ditingkatkan adalah mengamati, menafsirkan pengamatan, dan memprediksi. </p>

<li><span style="color:#000080;"><em>Berpikir kritis dan usaha yang  jujur lebih penting daripada jawaban yang benar</em>. Cobalah untuk  tidak mengerutkan kening ketika siswa memberikan jawaban yang salah atau  keliru. Mengerutkan kening seringkali ditafsirkan sebagai bahasa  isyarat  penolakan yang dapat menghambat siswa untuk berpartisipasi  dalam mengekspresikan pemikirannya.  .</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#000080;"><em>Tidak ada pengajaran tanpa  pengendalian</em>. Lebih baik Anda bersusah payah pada hari-hari awal  masuk sekolah untuk menemukan cara-cara terbaik dalam mengelola kelas  dan mendisiplinkan siswa,  daripada Anda harus melakukan perjuangan  berat sepanjang semester karena Anda tidak berhasil menemukan cara yang  paling efektif dalam pengelolaan kelas.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#000080;"><em>Kadang-kadang hal terbaik untuk  dilakukan adalah berhenti berbicara</em>. Jika terjadi kebisingan di  kelas, Anda tidak perlu berteriak-teriak meminta para siswa agar   berhenti gaduh. Cobalah Anda berdiri di depan kelas dengan tanpa  mengeluarkan sepatah kata pun, kemudian tataplah mereka (khususnya siswa  yang menjadi sumber keributan) dengan tetap tanpa menunjukkan   ekspresi  marah.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#000080;"><em>Cobalah lakukan kegiatan yang  bervariasi dari waktu ke waktu</em>. Dalam proses pembelajaran rutinitas  dan terstruktur memang hal yang baik, tapi apabila hal ini terlalu  banyak dilakukan dapat menyebabkan Anda dan kelas Anda jatuh terjerembab  ke dalam suatu kebiasaan yang membosankan.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#000080;"><em>Mendorong siswa untuk bepartisipasi  aktif.</em> Berikan kesempatan kepada setiap siswa untuk tampil di  depan kelas atau mempersilahkan mereka untuk bekerja dalam kelompok.  Sedapat mungkin hindari pembelajaran yang  berpusat pada guru untuk  sepanjang tahun.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#000080;"><em>Cobalah untuk bersikap fleksibel</em>.  Misalnya, pada saat berlangsung proses pembelajaran di kelas, Anda  punya aturan ketat terhadap siswa tentang permen karet. Tetapi mungkin  Anda  dapat memejamkan mata untuk hal ini  ketika siswa sedang  menghadapi ujian.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#000080;"><em>Cobalah</em> <em>uraikan secara  jelas topik-topik apa yang akan diujikan</em>. Anda tidak hanya cukup  dengan mengatakan dan menyuruh siswa “<em>Minggu depan ulangan, silahkan  Pelajari Bab 6</em>!”. Perintah dan penugasan semacam ini akan  dirasakan membingungkan, terutama bagi para siswa yang kurang memiliki  keterampilan belajar.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#000080;"><em>Meminta dukungan manajemen.</em> Adalah penting untuk mendapatkan dukungan dari manajemen ketika Anda  berhadapan dengan isu-isu sulit, terkait dengan proses pembelajaran  yang  Anda lakukan. Misalnya, meminta dukungan untuk mengadakan  konferensi dengan para orang tua siswa yang  mengalami kesulitan dalam  belajar.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#000080;"><em>Berikan siswa kesempatan untuk  mengikuti ujian</em>. Jika seorang siswa selalu hadir dalam setiap  pertemuan di kelas, namun karena satu dan lain hal dia tidak bisa hadir  pada hari ujian, Anda seyogyanya dapat  memberikan kesempatan kepadanya  untuk mengikuti ujian susulan dan  jangan membiarkannya lebih dari satu  atau dua hari.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#000080;"><em>Gunakan teknik “Front Loading”</em>.   Para siswa cenderung lebih  termotivasi untuk belajar pada awal masuk  sekolah. Pada awal masuk sekolah, selain diajak meninjau kembali materi  pada semester sebelumnya,  secara garis besarnya siswa juga diajak untuk  mengenal topik-topik  yang  hendak dipelajarinya selama satu semester  ke depan</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#000080;"><em>Ajarkan para siswa untuk memiliki  keterampilan memecahkan masalah.</em> Ketika siswa Anda memasuki dunia  kerja atau terjun ke masyarakat, sudah pasti dia  akan banyak berhadapan  dengan berbagai masalah yang harus dia selesaikan dengan baik. Melalui  pembelajaran yang Anda lakukan diharapkan para siswa akan terbiasa  dan  terampil  dalam memecahkan aneka masalah yang dihadapinya..</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#000080;"><em>Berikan penghargaan atas setiap  hasil dan usaha belajar mereka</em>. Penghargaan yang Anda berikan akan  memberikan motivasi kepada para siswa untuk mengerjakan sesuatu lebih  baik lagi</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#000080;"><em>Lakukanlah yang terbaik dari diri  Anda dan  bersikap adillah  kepada seluruh siswa</em>, maka Anda akan  mendapatkan rasa hormat dari mereka. Krisis kepercayaan kepada guru   seringkali bersumber dari ketidaksanggupan untuk menampilkan yang  terbaik kepada siswanya.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#000080;"><em>Motivator terbaik adalah  menghubungkan pembelajaran dengan dunia nyata</em>. Jangan lepaskan  pembelajaran dari dunia nyata siswa, belajarkanlah mereka hal-hal yang  berhubungan dan menyentuh langsung kehidupan mereka  Misalkan guru  Matematika ketika sedang membelajarkan tentang sistem metrik, mintalah  kepada siswa membawa kertas karton kosong dan botol-botol dari dapur  mereka,  untuk dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:#000080;">Di sekolah-sekolah tertentu, adakalanya  siswa dikelompokkan berdasarkan kemampuan (kelas unggulan). Hal ini  membuat mereka lebih menonjol dibandingkan peserta lainnya. Di satu  sisi, cara ini dapat memberikan  kemudahan bagi guru untuk memberikan  pelayanan pembelajaran secara homogen, namun di sisi lain juga dapat  menimbulkan kecemburuan sosial.</span></li>

Komet Encke adalah sebuah komet yang muncul 3,3 tahun sekali. Komet Encke adalah komet periodik kedua yang ditemukan setelah Komet Halley (yang dikenal juga sebagai 1P/Halley)</p>

Difraksi pada kisi; f. Polarisasi cahaya : 1).  Polarisasi karena refleksi : 2).  Polarisasi karena absorfsi selektif : 3). Polarisasi karena pembiasan ganda:  4). Polariasasi karena hamburan) Aplikasi fenomena cahaya dalam kehidupan: dispersi , interferensi, difraksi, polarisasi.</p>
